Scheherazade's fears increase as she approaches her end at the hands of Shahryar after a long period of their marriage, as the latter orders to force his people to obey him and prevent plots against him.

Shahryar orders to get rid of the urban planning official due to the population increase in the kingdom. Scheherazade gathers the women of the kingdom to agree to implement a plot to get rid of Shahryar.

Heisa reveals to Scheherazade the secret of Shahrajay's past rule of the kingdom, as it turns out that Shahrajay is Shahryar's brother who covets the throne.

As Sahloul asks Heisa to help him plot against Scheherazade, the latter orders that Masrour be pardoned and return to the kingdom.

After Scheherazade agrees to Shama's request for Shamloul to return to work in the kingdom, she orders her entourage to search for Shahrajay after his disappearance.

As Shahrajay returns to the kingdom and Scheherazade interrogates him, Shahrajay tells his brother Shahryar that he has discovered many secrets about Scheherazade and her entourage. The oppression of men increases under the rule of Scheherazade.

Scheherazade orders Shahryar and Shahrajay to leave the palace, as she provides them with jobs. Conditions deteriorate after Scheherazade imposes a new tax on the kingdom according to Heisa's advice.

After Scheherazade raises taxes on the kingdom again, she gathers Hunaida and his men in an attempt to convince them of the reason why she is imposing the new taxes and that she is providing jobs for the people of the kingdom.

Scheherazade and Shama try to secure the kingdom against external aggression. Shahryar and Shahrajay move to their new home away from the palace.

Shahryar disguises himself as Rifaat in an attempt to decieve Scheherazade. Salama searches for a way to obtain weapons and overthrow the kingdom.

Heisa proposes to Scheherazade the establishment of the emergency law in an attempt to stand up to the outlaws. Scheherazade's soldiers seize the merchants' goods.

As Scheherazade discovers that the Shahbandar Rifaat is an impostor, she orders her women to search for him. A coup d'etat takes place against her by the soldiers of Sahloul, so she escapes from the palace, upon which Shahryar regains the throne.

After Sahloul's men capture Scheherazade, Shahryar orders to collect Scheherazade's book and constitution and burn it. Masrour regains his position as Shahryar's swordsman.

Shahryar gives a speech to his kingdom and promises to abolish Scheherazade's taxes and return the merchants' looted goods. Chaos spreads against the women of the kingdom. Shahryar refuses that his brother Shahrajay shares power with him.

Shahryar promises Shahrajay to install him as the crown prince to be his successor. Moza's attempts to visit Scheherazade in prison fail. Heisa continues to enact laws against the kingdom's residents.

Yunus returns to the kingdom after his exile ends. Scheherazade asks Shahryar to pardon her. Shahryar issues a punishment for women that gives theirs husbands the right to take other wives.

The men dominate in their new marriages. Meanwhile, Shahryar struggles with his three new wives.

As Shahryar asks Shahrajay to rid him of his new wives, the rest of the kingdom's men gather to discuss reversing the decision that forces them to take another wives.

The men of the kingdom continue to suffer with their wives. Shahryar orders Scheherazade to do a makeover for his wives. Masrour and the night watchmen ask for an increase in their salaries while the financial conditions of the men deteriorate.

Masrour falls under the control of his wives. Scheherazade tries to deceive Shahryar by forcing him to forgive her and appoint a maidservant for her. Yunus's wife runs away from his house.

Scheherazade establishes a secret organization to plot a second coup against Shahryar and his men. Romana asks for a divorce from Shahrajay. Shahryar falls in love with the maidservant Fetna.

Yunus draws up a new tax bill to increase the entourage's salaries. Shahrajay tries to get close to Fetna.

As Fetna suggests that Shahryar remove Shahrajay from being the crown prince, the latter plots a coup against his brother. Matters end with a revolution of the people of the kingdom against the oppression of Shahryar and his brother.
