Dr. Bashar decides to get married, so he asks for the hand of a younger girl named Hanan, who agrees despite her father’s objection due to the age difference. They celebrate the wedding, and a problem occurs at the hospital during their honeymoon.

After Bashar and Hanan return from their honeymoon trip, Hanan decides to visit her family, while Bashar resumes work in his hospital. Hanan tries to solve the problem of a doctor who was fired by Bahsar, as she thinks of a way to talk to him about it.

Bashar asks his wife Hanan to play sports, learn to drive cars, and learn another language. Hanan talks to him about Fawzia who got fired, and he decides to hire her in another hospital.

An unknown girl called Zainab calls Bashar, telling him that she has tried to commit suicide. As he tries to help her, he rushes to her home to save her.

A quarrel between Bashar and Hanan takes place due to an unwanted visit from a group of his friends, and she suspects that there's something going on between him and Amal.

When Hanan tells Bashar that she may be pregnant, he reacts coldly. Concerns are raised about some of Bashar's decisions in the hospital, as he tries to find a solution to the problem of the plastic surgery department, pending with the Ministry of Health.

When a father of a son with a heart condition tries to convince Bashar to operate on him at any cost, Bashar decides to see the patient and perform the operation himself.

The heart patient is placed in intensive care, and the stressful operation succeeds. But when the patient's father can not provide the money to pay Bashar, he decides to make it easier for him and pay the costs in installments.

When Hanan learns that Bashar meets Amal in the absence of her husband, she quarrels with him. Amal feels remorse over her constant conversations with Bashar. Bashar faces a difficult decision about performing an operation for an elderly woman.

When Hanan's father gets fed up, he decides to divorce his wife, and they quarrel over the house. Hanan gives birth to a boy, and Bashar finally succeeds in opening the plastic surgery department.

As Bashar asks Amal to travel with him for a few days, he tries to deal with the case of a girl who suffers from a uterine hemorrhage while secretly married to a young man her father rejected.

An old woman refuses to undergo surgery that is necessary for her. Hanan's parents agree to sell the house and buy two separate homes. A suitor proposes to Hanan's sister, Lamis.

Lamis's suitor prepares to propose to her. Hanan resents the presence of Lamis in the house because she gets all of Bashar's attention. When Hanan tells Amal's husband that she's cheating on him with Bashar, Amal denies the accusations before her husband.

As Amal asks Bashar to end their relationship, he suspects that Hanan is the one who told her husband. Bashar confronts his wife over what she did with Amal.

Hanan decides to consult a psychiatrist who is a friend of Bashar. When Hanan quarrels with Bashar again because of Amal, he decides to make her jealous out of anger.

Amal's husband suspects that she is still talking to Bashar. When Bashar tries to talk to Amal again about their relationship, she confesses to him that she thinks about him a lot.

When Lamis asks Bashar to make her fiancé be in charge of the plastic surgery department, he refuses to give him any special treatment. A woman seeks to have an abortion because she already has four girls.

Bashar wonders about the medicine that Hanan gets from her psychiatrist. Hanan reveals to her doctor that she is pregnant for the second time. As years pass by, Hanan's children grow up.

As Hany decides to quit studying medicine, he tries to choose the right timing to tell his father of his decision. Hanan tries to dissuade him but to no avail.

After Hany finally informs his father of his decision to drop out of college, he decides to travel to France. Lamis decides to ask for a divorce from her husband. Bashar faces a crisis at the hospital.

When Bashar decides to speak with Hany about a situation he faced in the hospital, he tells him that he's not upset with him. After Saber gets out of prison, his children refuse to receive him. Bashar thinks about arranging a job for him since his wife works at the hospital.

As Bashar decides to open a pro bono treatment department in the hospital, he discovers that Salah had suffered a stroke.

Saber’s kids continue to treat him harshly since his release from prison. Bashar tries to find out the reason for the rapid heartbeat of one of his patients. When Saber's son decides to enlist in the army to escape his father, Saber decides to leave the house so that his son can complete his studies.

When Soheir tells her father Bashar that she loves a poet, he thinks that he's not at all suited for her, and he tries to discourage her from this love. Bashar refuses to even meet him despite his daughter’s request.

Lamis's husband admits to Bashar that he loves another woman and that he cannot go on with Lamis. The woman he loves is Bashar's patient who is supposed to undergo surgery, but it turns out that Lamis is pregnant.

As Bashar tries to resolve the problem of Lamis's husband, he tells him that she's pregnant. Bashar tries to find out about the poet that his daughter loves. It's revealed that someone stole three morphine vials from the hospital's pharmacy.

As Bashar tries to investigate who stole the morphine vials, he decides to meet with his daughter Soheir's boyfriend to find out his intentions towards her. After Fo'uad, Lamis's husband, decides to marry his girlfriend in secret, he tells her about the pregnancy of his first wife.

As Bashar puts the final touches on the pro bono department at the hospital, he meets Soheir's boyfriend, but he does not ask for her hand. When Hanan makes sure that Soheir's boyfriend has no intention to marry her, she decides to meet him alone.

Soheir faints after Bashar slaps her. Saber is assaulted with a knife, and the doctors at the hospital try to treat him. He recovers as he gets ready to return home.

Ziad asks his sister to travel to Greece despite her husband Fo'uad's rejection. Lamis tries to find out if Bashar is married to another woman. The pro bono department in the hospital finally sees the light, and a ceremony is held to mark its opening. Hany decides to return to medicine.
