Rawash owns a mill in the village of Sawaky Al-Bahr, which makes him the envy of various people, including the mayor who covets his mill. Rawash tries to prepare his son Awad to follow in his footsteps and manage his property, but he runs into a lot of hurdles that stand in his way.
