Ali meets Sandy, and starts dating her; meanwhile, Engy becomes suspicious as he takes too much care of his looks.

Hussein confirms to Engy Ali's affair with Sandy, and Ragaa devises a plan for Engy to end the affair.

As Ragaa's plan goes south, Engy turns to Samir. Engy confronts Ali and Sandy together, only for Ali to discover it's just a nightmare.

When Hussein catches a serial killer, Engy and Kamilia ask Hussein that they get an exclusive interview with him. After Hussein and Engy tie the killer, Ali finds another serial killer in his house.

The serial killer brings drug dealers to Engy and Ali's house. Engy fails to conduct the interview.

As Ali and Engy discover that his father and her mother are dating, Ragaa and Samir intervene to reconcile them with their parents.

When Ahmed proposes to Ziada, Ali sets unreasonable conditions for the marriage, after which he agrees to the marriage under pressure from Ahmed.

A thug named Sherif El Qott attacks the street where Ali and Engy live to assault their neighbor, terrorizing the residents.

On her show, Engy addresses the problem of thugs, which affects her behavior and the behavior of her neighbors, but the police finally arrest Sherif El Qott.

When Ali gets promoted to the position of media consultant, his personality begins to change as he becomes more arrogant; meanwhile, Engy notices that Kamilia and the neighbors approach her to ask Ali for favors.

As Ali carries on with his domineering attitude and tries to reproach Engy, it turns out that the newspaper he runs gets its funding from suspicious sources, and he returns to his old job.

When Engy gets involved in a fight between Manal and Maysoon over their husband Sherif, she reconciles them and makes them unite against him.

As Mai accuses Engy of discussing topics of poor quality on her show, Engy decides to have the soldier Nabil and his fiancée Nadia, who are trying to get married while suffering financial distress, as guests on her show, where she proposes that they sell tickets for their wedding.

Ali and Engy shower Nabil and Nadia with advice, causing them to have a spat during the shooting of the show.

Ragaa gathers with her neighbors to commemorate the death of her dog. Maghawry is arrested for defaulting on his debts.

Engy comes together with Ragaa, Maysoon and Manal to celebrate Remembrance Day, and they help Maghawry out of his ordeal. Engy has them on her show, but the episode is spoiled again on account of their cultural differences.

Solly sees Mai with her boyfriend Youssef, causing double standards to arise between Engy and Ali, whereupon Mai takes revenge on Solly by exposing his girlfriend.

Engy and Ali are surprised by the arrival of her father's relatives from the countryside to partake in a famous talent contest, and soon they become annoyed by their interference in their affairs.

As Ali tricks Engy's relatives to get rid of them, holding a contest for them on the roof of his house with fake judges, Samir intervenes to remedy the situation.

The police arrest Ali after Engy's relatives destroy Samir's apartment, and he gets released after paying for the damages. Engy's relatives return to the countryside after the fake contest trick gets repeated.

When a rustic woman named Heba turns up and announces that she has the title deed of half of the building in which Engy resides, the latter promises to help her, and invites her on her show.

As Sherif steals the title deed and hands it to Shaaban, Engy devises a plan and joins forces with Ali, Wael and Kamilia to get the deed back, and she returns it to Heba.

Engy addresses the issue of high prices on her show, so Ali cooperates with Samir to expose the fact that she is a spendthrift, but Ragaa reveals to her their plot.

An unknown person who calls himself the “Good Samaritan” sends letters to Ali and Engy, and convinces Engy that Ali will kill someone named Mossaad.

Engy finds a blood stain on Ali's clothes, and notices his obsession with gory movies, after which they discover the murder of their neighbor, Mossaad, so Engy hides with the kids from him.

After his arrest, it’s revealed that Ali’s innocent, and that his visit to Mossaad was only for the purpose of recovering his money, and the police arrest the real killer.

Ali is appointed as an official at the Human Rights Institution, which provokes the envy of Kamilia, whereupon Ali begins to monitor Hussein's treatment of the detainees at the police station.

Engy has Ali as a guest on her show, where she accuses him of being violent and neglecting his home, and she fakes phone calls that accuse him of pretentiousness, whereupon Ali loses his position on account of her.

Ragaa suffers from loneliness after Samir travels, and celebrates her birthday alone as the neighbors fail to show up.

As Ragaa disappears, a message from Samir prompts Engy and Ali to visit her after they thought she’d passed away, whereupon Ragaa reproaches them for neglecting her.

As years pass by, Solly and Mai return to visit their parents on their wedding anniversary; Engy recalls her memories with Ali, despite her suffering from Alzheimer's disease.

Solly and Mai invite their parents' neighbors to their wedding anniversary so that Ali remembers his kids after he thinks Engy has passed away.

Engy’s grandchildren help their grandmother recover her memory according to Uncle Omar's plan. It is revealed that Engy and Ali have faked having Alzheimer's in front of their kids in an attempt to get their attention.

As Solly's siblings quarrel over their parents' fortune, Engy and Ali's kids cancel the party, and Solly decides not to go through with his plan.
