The groom, Sameh, who works in the field of cosmetic medicine, proposes to the pharmacist, Hikmat, who rejects him because of his strong attachment to his deceased mother, while Hikmat's aunt is upset at Hikmat's repeated refusal to marry her son, Hekmat.

As Dima tells the singer Naeim Hamdi about Hikmat, he pursues the latter, while Hikmat's uncle returns from Turkey in search of their old inheritance. Her uncle refuses her marriage to Naeim because of his profession, and Hikmat is upset by the large number of his fans.

As the broadcaster, Faraj, admires Hikmat, he asks her to help him prepare an episode of his program about medicines. Hikmat suffers from his OCD and constant anxiety about illness, that's why he wants to marry a doctor or pharmacist; she refuses him.

As the suitor Rida proposes to Amal, Hikmat finds out that he is stingy when they meet with Amal and her fiancé Rafiq. As he causes a scene when he orders more food at the restaurant after he knows that Farah will pay the bill.

The anonymous admirer, Wahid, continues to send messages of love and flowers to Hikmat. As he proposes to her, he turns out to be a bohemian artist; Hikmat suffers from his wild acts.

As Nashat suffers from a psychological crisis, they call the psychiatrist Marwan who exchanges admiration with Hikmat. The family of Hikmat meets to celebrate Nashat's birthday.

After Nashat's condition worsens, Marwan continues his psychological experiments on Hikmat. Souad warns her son Hekmat from the marriage of Hikmat and Marwan. Hikmat refuses to marry Marwan because he involves his work in his personal life; she discovers that he is a mental patient.

Sami, Rafiq's coach, admires Hikmat at the club and proposes to her. After she rejects him because of his obsession with sports, Nashat puts him through hell during his visit to their home.

As Hikmat arranges to travel, the director of the tourism company, Nasouh, likes her. She discusses with her friends Nahawand and Dima the matter and draws up a plan to make sure that his feelings are sincere because he told Nahawand's sister that he likes Nahawand as well.

Nasouh continues to deceive Hikmat and Nahwand without knowing that they are in cahoots against him with the help of Dima. As Dima visits his company, he begins to flirt with her as well; the girls reveal to him that they know each other.

The dentist Samer sees Hikmat in a party and admires her. After his visit to Hikmat's house, he continues to brag about his family's property and work, until it becomes clear that he lied in front of Hikmat's family about his real situation.

As Souad gets sick, they bring her Dr. Marwan who exchanges admiration with Hikmat. He confesses to her that he has a son from a previous marriage with a French woman. As he returns with Fares from France, Hikmat finds out that Marwan's ex-wife still has feelings for him.

Hikmat worries about Fares being torn between his parents. Hikmat's family is happy that Fares is staying at their home. Hikmat refuses to marry Marwan so that she does not become Fares’s stepmother and he ends up hating her; she helps Marwan return to his ex-wife.

As Hikmat goes to the beauty salon, the owner, Marwan, admires her and asks her to marry him. When Nashat visits his brother, he discovers that he has a nightclub and he operates illegal business; the police arrest him.

As Souad takes Hikmat to buy a dress from the fashion designer Nazem, he admires her and designs a wedding dress for her. Souad asks him to give Hikmat luxurious fabrics so that she likes him.

Nazem designs a dress for Hikmat and proposes to marry her. He buys sedatives from Hikmat's pharmacy. Hikmat meets Nazem's ex-girlfriend, Mary, who reveals to her that Nazem has schizophrenia and an obsession with fashion.

As Hamdy, Rafiq's friend, proposes to Hikmat, she is surprised by how he laughs a lot with everyone, unlike her conservative family. As Souad intervenes to thwart the marriage, she tries to persuade Wedad to make Hikmat marry her son Hekmat who works in Kuwait.

As Nashat and Asim find an antique coin, the latter shows it to the researcher Subhi, who admires Hikmat after meeting her. She refuses to marry him because of his intense obsession with antiquities, while Asim and Nashat lose the coin.

As Yasser, Rafiq's brother, returns from traveling, he is looking for a bride, but Hikmat rejects him because of his arrogance, constant complaints, and his many demands.

Asim is trying to set Hikmat and his friend Fahmy up, who works as a lawyer in international law. Asim is surprised by Fahmy’s obsession with films and the singer Latifa and his tendency to make up life situations.

Souad turns to Hikmat in order to help her stop her friend's brother, Riad, from building another floor over her roof. As Riad admires Hikmat when he meets her, he asks to marry her, so she tries to manipulate him until Souad's problem is solved.

As Hikmat invites her family to the restaurant of Jihad, a friend of Dima's fiancé, he admires her. Hikmat is surprised at his quick desire to get engaged to her, but she rejects him after she discovers that he has been married many times.

As Saeed calls Souad about a house that belongs to them that the state owns, he meets with them to discuss a project, which makes Hikmat suspicious of his intentions. Saeed is manipulating Souad, Hikmat, and Wedad by making them think that he wants to marry them, but they expose his plan.

A coincidence makes Hikmat meet young Samir and they like each other. It turns out that he is Rafiq's friend. As Hikmat is surprised when he doesn't want to be seen in public places with her, it turns out that he is a liar and a cheat.

Asim introduces his family to doctor Asaad, the vegetarian who treats others with herbs, who admires Hikmat. As she discovers his obsession with order, she confronts him with her family's diet in order to dissuade him from the marriage.

As the government employee Azmi, a scion of an aristocratic family, visits the pharmacy, Asim introduces him to Hikmat. It turns out that he is poor and indebted, and wants to marry his landlady who exposes his lies to Amal and Rafiq.

As Souad follows the program of Nazir, the astronomer, she asks him to help her find out the reason for Hikmat's rejection of her son. When he visits Hikmat, he admires her and continues to chase her.

When Asim visits Nazir's office, Nashat discovers that the witchcraft item that Nazir gave him is fake. As Asim loses the lottery with the number that Nazir has nominated for him, it becomes clear that he is a fraud.

As Hikmat goes to a sweet shop, the owner, Wahid, admires her and seeks to marry her, and to get his father, Farid, the widower to marry Wedad.

Asim is worried about Wedad accepting to marry Farid, while it becomes clear that Farid wants to marry Souad, as the latter exploits this to sabotage the marriage.

As Nashat visits the shop of an old friend of his, he gets to know the son of its owner, Adnan. The uncle of Adnan arranges with Nashat a meeting between Adnan and Hikmat. But because of Adnan's greed, Hikmat pretends to be poor in front of Adnan in order to make him run off.

As the Spanish man, Jose, admires Hikmat during her trip with Amal and Rafiq, Hikmat's family is worried about the migration of Hikmat with Jose to Spain. Hikmat refuses to marry Jose because of his stance on the occupation of Palestine.

As Hikmat's family goes to a restaurant, the restaurant manager, Hassan, meets them and decides to propose to Hikmat in order to involve Nashat in visiting the channel that he heads. As he gets Asim involved with him financially, Dima's fiancé, Omar, saves him.

Hikmat is mesmerized at first sight by Rami when he visits the pharmacy and asks her to marry him. As Hikmat becomes jealous of all the girls who like him, she's devastated after he tells her that he wants to end their relationship.

As Hekmat returns to the Levant, he proposes to Hikmat a business project; she accepts and he introduces her to the businessman Sheikh Khair. Hekmat continues to chase her in order to convince her to marry him. Asim asks Wedad to marry him.

As Hekmat continues to show his feelings to Hikmat, she thinks that he only wants to marry her to please their families. Hikmat rejects the sheikh's offer to marry her. As Hikmat becomes sure that Hekmat's feelings are sincere, she agrees to marry him.
