Hamad works as a coppersmith in a shop, whose owner scolds him because a customer has returned the pots he bought because they have defects. Hamad is a poor man who works to provide for his family. He has a daughter, who isn't yet married, and he wants to buy her the wedding trousseau.

A customer admires Saliha's work in embroidery and asks the shop owner for another dress. As Saliha's sister-in-law is tired of living with them, she wants to buy a house when her mother gives her her share of her father's inheritance. The ophthalmologist tells Hamad he has to wear glasses.

Once Saeed gets money, he changes, spends his nights in nightclubs, and leaves his wife home alone. He beats her and tells her she must adapt to the situation because he will not change. She complains to her aunt that perhaps the reason is that she hasn't had a child yet.

Saeed decides to change everything in his life and stays up with his friends at the club every night, even though his wife tries to be reconciled with him. Saliha agrees with Mahmoud's wife to embroider several dresses and gives her the money.

Karima's condition worsens due to Saeed's treatment of her. Her mother visits her at home, but she doesn't tell her anything. Saeed goes to the bank, deposits a large sum of money, and agrees to set up a project. Saliha buys a cell phone to be able to communicate with customers, especially Halima.

As Saeed gets to know a woman named Ilham, he invites her to lunch to tell her that he likes her, while his wife stays alone at home every day. When Halima sends her son to Saliha to bring her and the clothes, he falls for her.

Karima discovers that her husband does not wear a wedding ring, so she becomes angry and feels that he is cheating on her despite his silly justifications. She also suffers from a severe headache and tells her sister, Saliha. Meanwhile, Rabia meets Halima's son, who flirts with her.

As Saeed and Ilham are bonding, they go out a lot and travel together. Saliha also goes out with Rabia's son and grows fond of him. Saeed's son comes to live in the house even though there is no place for him, which makes his mother feel sad for him.

As Hamid starts working, he gives money to his mother and buys her gifts. When Karima goes to the doctor, he tells her she is pregnant, whereupon her family rejoices, and when Saeed hears the news, he cannot believe it. Saliha meets Halima's son again, and they grow closer.

As Karima goes to live in her parents' house, Saeed sends her the divorce paper, even though she is pregnant, upon which she grieves a lot and feels aggrieved, especially since she does not work. As Hamid works with a group in suspicious business, his brother tells him that he doubts him.

Halima's son proposes marriage to Saliha and also tells his mother, who refuses because she is from a poor family. Hamad goes to Saeed in his office to talk to him about his divorce from his daughter, but he treats him indifferently. Hamid undertakes a task at his suspicious work.

Karima's brother quarrels with Saeed, demanding that he pay her all of her alimony and rights, or else he will stand up to him. Ilham is able to deceive Saeed, take a large sum of money, and run away with her boyfriend without his knowledge.

Hamad dies after a struggle with illness, and his daughters grieve a lot. Karima goes to see Saeed in the hospital after he learned about Ilham's deception, and they reconcile. Hamid quarrels with the gangsters and threatens the mob boss with death if he tries to harm him again.
