Umm Jaber (Jaber's mother) goes to treat Abu Sabri's son for measles, and Naziha dies during giving birth, so Samira thinks of adopting the child.

Sabri is killed by Shakir. Samira asks Abu Kamel (Kamel's father) to mediate with Shakir to adopt and raise the child. Siham quarrels with her husband.

Shakir asks for Sabriya's hand in marriage, and Samira's mother asks Souad to tell her husband to give Samira the land that she inherited from the sheikh.

Majed is attacked and his father takes him to the hospital, while Teama goes to Tariq to absolve himself of any relationship with his nephew Kamel, who is imprisoned in a political case.

Kamel hides with Janajil, so Anid feels jealous and threatens her. Tariq interrogates Kamel's father and imprisons him, while Shakir refuses to marry Sabriya.

Janajil helps Kamel escape. Samira learns about her inheritance of the plot of land on which Teama's company was built, so Siham asks her brother to help her recover the land.

Mazloum is kidnapped from Samira's house. Sabriya tells Shakir that she is pregnant. Hashem takes Khadija's fish by force, and no one manages to stand up to him.

Tariq divorces his wife after learning that he is unable to have children and seeks to marry Samira. As for Majed, he admires Khadija and wants to marry her.

The war is beating its drums, so everyone tries to stay away from the area because it is a war zone. Anid is sad and falls ill because of Janajil's marriage. Abu Kamel enters the hospital and is guarded by the police.

The child Mazloum's name is changed to Ibrahim. Majed discovers the secret of his brother Hatem's death and goes to Shakir to help him take revenge on Hashem, while Samira's mother dies in prison.

Jassem, Sabriya's husband, returns from being in captivity. Anid meets Shakir to search for Janajil, while Tariq proposes to Samira after her mother's burial.

Janajil and Anid visit Najma. Jassem returns to the village, and Siham learns that Teama has taken another wife besides her.

Jassem believes that Sabriya committed suicide while hiding at Khadija's, and Tariq tries to intervene to get her out. Abu Kamel discovers Janajil's help for his son.

Abu Kamel dies, and Janajil runs away from Teama's house and sings on TV. Tariq is still trying to find a way to get Samira out of prison.

Tariq is arrested by the Interior Ministry, and Teama quarrels with Janajil when he learns that she has become a singer on TV.

Siham resorts to Shakir so that she could meet the colonel to find a way to get Tariq out of prison, and Jassem learns that his wife, Sabriya, was pregnant.

Samira is released from prison, and Shakir kidnaps Janajil's son and tells everyone that he is his son Mazloum. Abu Hatem is shot and taken to the hospital.

Shakir takes Abu Hatem to a hospital in Baghdad. Umm Hatem patches things up with Jassem, and Anid kidnaps Muhammad, Teama's son, believing that he is the one who kidnapped Janajil's daughter.

Anid registers Janajil's daughter in his name and they flee to the Levant. Nadia grows up and gets engaged to a young man named Malik. Ibrahim grows up and his mother is robbed in her house.

Muhammad, Siham and Raad's son, sells human organs. Shakir finds the birth certificate of his son Mazloum in Umm Ibrahim's house, but Ibrahim tells him that his son has passed away.

Ibrahim takes his mother and leaves the house. Anid is worried about Nadia, especially from Wael, the neighbor's son, while Sarah pleads with Nadia so that her brother does not marry her off against her will to an old man.

Kamel decides to return to Iraq with Wael, and Nazim wants to get into a relationship with Nadia. Shakir shoots Ibrahim, who is injured in the leg.

Ibrahim recovers. As Nazim proposes to Nadia, Anid is forced to agree despite the girl's refusal.

Samira slaps Majed, and Sarah runs away from the house and goes to her relatives' house.

When Sarah goes to the hospital, the doctor takes her kidney without her knowledge, so she goes to the People of Determination Association and meets Janajil, who does not recognize her. Nadia learns that her father is helping a sick elderly woman.

Nadia leaves the house and goes to Baghdad, and Samira plans to threaten Shakir with weapons and recover her stolen land with the help of Kamel.

Sarah works with Janajil at the People of Determination Association. Anid is sad that Nadia has left, as she has gone looking for her family.

Akhenaten goes to the municipality to register Ibrahim before someone discovers that he is Mazloum, Shakir's son. Walid kidnaps Sarah.

Muhammad meets Sarah at Janajil's house and asks her to forgive him for the operation he performed on her, while Nadia runs away from the house of the woman in whom she sought refuge.

Shakir learns that Ibrahim is his son, but Walid kills him. Majed is shot and taken to the hospital, and Tariq commits suicide.
