As the annual Steam Festival approaches, a problem takes place when there is a shortage of steam; Allstar and his gang search for the steam source. When Tooter is falsely accused of vandalizing Governor Wetworth's statue, the Snorks try to prove his innocence.

Snorkland faces chaos when Occy falls for a female octopus who turns out to be a fishing lure. After Tooter befriends a hummerfish, the Snorks set out to save the species after they find out that they are in danger.

After Tooter finds a human's boot, the Snorks have their own theories on what it is, but they're in for a surprise. After Allstar snitches on Junior and gets him in trouble, Junior exposes Dr. Galeo's plans to his father.

In order to help raise money for Dr. Galeo, Allstar holds a concert where Occy becomes the main event, while Junior sets out to sabotage the show for his dad's benefit. After a red substance falls into Snorkland, it causes the Snorks to laugh uncontrollably.

In order to earn merit badges, the Snorks go on a camping trip where they embark on an exciting adventure. After Junior beats Allstar by winning a seahorse race, Allstar and Casey try to find out the secret behind Junior's horse.

As Prom Night arrives, the Snorks are excited to attend, but Allstar is unable to go after he has an injury as he asks Tooter to go with Casey. After Allstar and his friends stumble upon a treasure map, they go treasure hunting, while Junior plots to steal it.

After Willie accidentally donates Junior's favorite toy to charity, Junior freaks out as he sets out to retrieve it. After Casey becomes the editor of the high school newspaper, Junior sets out to prove his journalistic skills, much to his surprise.

After Occy accidentally breaks the necklace of Allstar's mom, the Snorks try to fix the situation by making another necklace. As the annual Snorkland balloon race is held, Junior sets out to win it no matter what it takes.

As Allstar brags about his skateboarding skills, it causes Junior to prove that he's better than him, as they compete against each other in a surfing contest. As Casey finds out that the legend of the Snorkness Monster is real, Junior tries to sell its egg.

Things get out of control in Snorkland after a guest called Jo-Jo comes from the wild, as he releases the local zoo animals and ends up going to jail. After Allstar falls head over heels for Samantha, he gets himself in a pickle when he ends up having two dates on the same night.

After Allstar and Junior end up getting chained together by magic handcuffs, they have to find a way to break free, while learning a valuable lesson in the process. After a gang bullies Dimmy and Junior, the Snorks have to face them.

After Daffney feels that Dimmy is ignoring her, she asks Jo-Jo to take her to the annual ball. After Allstar, Dimmy, and Tooter are asked to house sit for Mrs. Buckfish and guard her shell collection, Junior pulls a prank on them.

As Junior and Allstar compete for the title of "King of Kelp", Junior resorts to cheating in order to beat Allstar. When the Snorks stumble upon a baby whale who is caught in a fishnet, they try to reunite it with its mother.
