Dave and his friend Stoney, two students at Encino High School, accidentally find the primitive caveman Link stuck in the ice while digging in the back yard of the house. The two friends decide to help Link discover his new world, and introduce him to their classmates as an international student. Link was unable to respond to this new lifestyle, yet he had no problems in dealing with girls.
