Fletch is a reporter who acts as a detective. One of his relatives dies, leaving a legacy including a palace in Louisiana. He decides to quit his job and live the life of the wealthy. By entering a series of accidents such as a murder and entering a prison, as well as offering a large amount of money to get out of prison and abandoning a piece of land he inherited, he searches for Manji.
