A couple rents a room in their house for a mysterious man, when they begin to suspect that he is the serial killer who executed more than one murder in the area around their house. The veteran police inspector, Chandler Manning, is in charge of investigating the crimes and tracking down the unknown serial killer who mimics the famous serial killer Jack in his crimes.
