The Chief, Abdel Qawy, decides to marry a young girl with the blessing of his sister Etr. As he tries to consummate the marriage, the child bride suffers from catastrophic bleeding and dies. Abdel Qawy is investigated for marrying a minor.

Amina and Rabab decide not to have kids with Abdel Qawy. Abdel Qawy puts his son, Rashad, in charge of his business, a move welcomed by his ex-wife who wants to take her rights. As Abdel Qawy's barn burns down, he asks Etr to find him another young bride.

Abdel Qawy beats Rabab and Etr helps her seek treatment. Rabab asks her mother to take her to her father's house, but her mother refuses. As Rabab's mother and Amina's mother quarrel, Etr interferes and kicks Amina's mother out. Abdel Qawy's men clash with the mayor's men.

Etr accuses Rabab's mother of theft and kicks her out. As Etr takes charge of the house and Abdel Qawy's wives, Rabab and Amina plot to run away and ask Mahrous to find them a safe place. Someone tries to kill Saleh by pushing him into the river but a fisherman saves him.

Etr hides the news about Rabab and Amina's escape from Abdel Qawy. When she discovers that they are staying with Shadia, Abdel Qawy's ex, she forces them to return to the house. Rabab tells Amina that she loves Rashad, Abdel Qawy's son, and Amina warns her against it.

Amina's mother tries to convince her to enlist the help of a charlatan to get pregnant. Rabab discovers that her contraceptive pills have gone missing and fears that Etr found out about them. Etr asks Abdel Qawy to wed her daughter, Ward, to Rashad. Abdel Qawy asks Abbas for his daughter's hand.

The mothers of Rabab and Amina try to convince Bayada's parents not to wed their daughter to Abdel Qawy. Etr tries to get close to Hosny and confesses her feelings for him. As Khalil and Badr quarrel, Badr is killed and Khalil takes his money.

As Abdel Qawy and Etr go to Abbas's house to give Bayada golden jewelry, Horiya tries to escape with her daughter Bayada who doesn't want to marry an old man. Saleh is accused of killing Badr. As Badr's mother tries to stab Saleh to avenge her son, she hits Abdel Qawy instead.

Horiya goes to Alexandria with Bayada to seek refuge with her brother. As Abbas and Abdel Qawy set a date for the wedding after the latter's recovery, Abbas discovers that his wife and daughter have run away. Abdel Qawy is robbed.

Abbas forces his wife and daughter to come home with him. Abdel Qawy prepares to wed Bayada. As Etr goes to Hosny's room, he asks her to wed him as soon as possible.

Horiya convinces Abdel Qawy to set a large sum of money as a deferred dowry for Bayada. Shadia tries to convince Saleh's mother to file for interdiction on Abdel Qawy.

When aunt Attiat sees Etr and Hosny, she tells her husband who threatens Hosny's sister, but Hosny reveals that they are married in secret. Abdel Qawy quarrels with his new wife Bayada, and also with Etr who forces him to seek treatment for Rabab.

When Rabab gets pregnant, Shadia is upset that someone is going to share her son's inheritance. Shadia tells Rashad that she is the one who set Abdel Qawy's barn on fire. Hosny decides to have an unregistered marriage with Etr after he learns that Abdel Qawy opposes the idea of their marriage.

When the mayor asks for Ward's hand, Abdel Qawy refuses and kicks him out. The mayor decides to take revenge by exposing Abdel Qawy's drug trade. Rashad convinces Rabab to abort herself.

Bayada mistreats everyone in the house. Saleh is released after he is proven innocent. Etr learns about Abdel Qawy's drug trade. Rabab tries to abort herself as Rashad told her.

When Rabab dies, Shadia and Rashad grow fearful that her mother will accuse them of causing her daughter's death. Etr gets pregnant. When the mayor decides to wed a minor, his wife asks her son to run away to make her husband preoccupied with finding his son.

Hosny tries to evade Abdel Qawy after he overheard a call between him and Etr, but without knowing that it is Etr on the phone. Horiya and Abbas decide to run away out of fear of Abdel Qawy. As the mayor, Wahdan, weds a young girl, his son Khalil starts a fire that injures his father.

Etr tries to abort herself and asks Safsaf to help her. Kamla eavesdrops on Etr and Hosny and learns of their unregistered marriage and pregnancy. Mahrous decides to take revenge on Abdel Qawy by setting fire to his plantations.

As Etr aborts the baby, Hosny gets upset. Rashad tells Abdel Qawy that Mabrouk and Hosny are the ones who set fire to his plantation. Abbas goes to Alexandria to look for his wife and daughter.

Hosny tries to restore his relationship with Abdel Qawy and asks him to bring Mabrouk back to work. Mabrouk is shot. When Rashad tries to propose to Ward, Ward rejects the match and tells them that she already agreed to wed Saleh.

The mayor accuses Abdel Qawy of trying to kill Mabrouk. Rashad tells Abdel Qawy that he wants to wed Ward and threatens him to prevent him from wedding her to another. Abdel Qawy decides to wed another minor, Zeinab.

Amina tells Etr about Rabab and Rashad's relationship. Amina's mother decides to tell Abdel Qawy about Etr's relationship with Hosny. Saleh refuses to wed Ward to avoid having a connection to Abdel Qawy.

When Abdel Qawy's men find Bayada, Etr advises her to claim that she was possessed by a Jinn. Zeinab quarrels with her mother who wants to force her to wed Abdel Qawy. Mahrous promises Amina to help her escape Abdel Qawy.

Zeinab decides to run away from home after her mother insists on wedding her to Abdel Qawy. Rashad becomes an addict. Mabrouk hires someone to kill Abdel Qawy but Hosny takes the bullet. Etr tells Abdel Qawy about Rabab's relationship with Rashad.

Rahad steals money from his mother to buy drugs. Abdel Qawy forces Amina to tell him everything about Rashad and Shadia's connection to Rabab's abortion. Abdel Qawy kicks Rashad and Shadia out of the village. Zeinab enlists her cousin's help to stop her marriage.

When Zeinab's mother reports her daughter's disappearance to the police, Fares is forced to give up her location. Abdel Qawy weds Zeinab and forces her to consummate the marriage. The mayor's wife, Hanan, tries to run away.

Hanan kills herself after her escape attempt fails. Amina informs Mahrous that Rashad is the reason Rabab is dead. Shadia tries to have Saleh killed but Mahrous saves him. Rashad films Etr with Hosny and tells Abdel Qawy about their relationship.

Abdel Qawy beats his wives after they stand up to him. Etr and Hosny decide to run away together but Abdel Qawy confronts them before they manage to leave and kills Hosny.

Isma'eil blackmails Abdel Qawy after he saw him killing Hosny. Abdel Qawy tries to convince his wives not to report him to the police for torturing them and promises to divorce them. Everyone, including Etr, agrees to avenge Hosny and Abdel Qawy's wives.

When Abdel Qawy's wives kill him, they get arrested despite their attempt to escape. Etr is arrested for inciting the wives. Mahrous buries Rashad alive to avenge his sister Rabab.
