Ram is a successful theater artist who saves Mandar from committing suicide. As Ram tries to help Mandar solve his problems, he gets himself into trouble.

Ram Parmar is a successful theater actor, but he is suffering psychologically from three break-ups in last three months. One day, on his way home, Ram meets Mandar Lele, who is attempting a suicide. Ram saves him and takes him home, and knows that he is suffering from depression after he was dumped by his girlfriend. Ram tries to help Mandar and they become friends, and tries to convince Nandini to reunite with Mandar, but while doing this he lies many times to his close friend Sita and girlfriend Chitra, and his life takes unexpected turns.
