Gamalat is surprised by her daughter's death, and Ashour is still distressed by the misfortunes of Abdo. Zain tells everyone that Ashour is in a relationship with Shawq. As Ashour meets his friend, Judge Abdel Fattah, he gets involved in a fight in Shawq's house, and he is imprisoned as a result.

Ahmed opens his office, while Ashour is not spared from Tawakkul's influence, so he is reported for occupying the street with his desk. Ashour leaves work in Ahmed's office because one of his clients thinks that he serves drinks.
