As Saeed employs Nashwa as a secretary in his office, she tries to exploit his dissatisfaction with his wife, Madiha, and their marital life, to dupe him. But when Nashwa learns that Saeed is not willing to marry her, she reproaches him.

After Saeed tells his friend, Metwally, about what happened between him and Nashwa, Metwally is surprised at her attempts to approach him. Nashwa leaves the company, after which Saeed and Metwally discover that she revealed confidential information to his rival, Bayoumi. Saeed divorces Madiha.

When Saeed decides to hire a new secretary instead of Nashwa, he begins to hand-pick employees and gets to know the new secretary, Samia. Metwally advises him to stay away from beautiful women so that Samia does not deceive him. Saeed makes a deal with Mrs. Hayam to set up a project together.

Despite Samia's warnings to him, Saeed falls in love with Hayam, who succeeds in deceiving Saeed through siezing his land and his new project, after which he gets to know the visual artist, Laila.

Saeed asks Metwally to bring him a visual artist to teach him everything about this art, so that he gets closer to Laila. Samia's sister tries to convince her to marry their neighbor, but she refuses.

After he learned everything about this art, Saeed manages to reach the artist, Laila, who grows fond of him and then discovers that he is married. Meanwhile, Samia is forced to agree to her sister's engagement to Kamal because of his wealth.

Samia celebrates her sister's engagement, and the latter demands several marriage essentials. As Saeed holds an art gallery for Laila and bribes Siraj to write an article about her, the latter takes advantage of the situation and defames her, after which Laila attempts to commit suicide.

Metwally tells Saeed that Laila really loves him, and that Siraj's hatred of her goes back to the university period, at a time when Laila surpassed him academically. As Saeed tries to get things back to normal between him and Laila, she asks him to stay away from her, while Samia falls for Saeed.

Samia's sister gets married. Laila insists that Saeed informs his ex-wife of their marriage, but he is surprised that Madiha wants to get back to him. Metwally suggests on Saeed that Samia informs Laila of Saeed's unwillingness to inform Madiha. Samia is shocked to discover that Saeed loves Laila.

Saeed asks Samia to impersonate the identity of his wife in front of Laila, and she reluctantly agrees. When Laila meets Samia, she tells Saeed that Samia loves him. Mervat reveals to her sister her problems with her husband Kamal, who started beating her in front of his mother.

When Saeed falsely claims that Laila has psychologically treated his wife, Madiha, she asks to see the treating physician, after which Saeed colludes with his friend, Salama, to impersonate the identity of the physician, but things get worse. Kamal divorces Mervat.

Laila discovers Saeed's deception of her. Saeed marries Samia. Mervat works as a secretary for Saeed's company.
