After Dexter accidentally releases an interdimensional monster, he sends Dee Dee back in time to stop his past self from doing the same mistake. After a giant underground lava monster causes havoc, Monkey sets out to stop him. In order to help his mother when she falls ill, Dexter invents a robot.

After getting hit while playing dodgeball, Dexter builds an armored robot to be ready for the game. The planet's fate is at stake when an intergalactic wrestling champion challenges Earth's superheroes. Dexter uses Dee Dee as his assistant after performing a brain transplant on her.

Dexter finds a new rival when a student named Mandark proves to be more intelligent than him. Monkey must save humans from a vengeful intelligent anthropomorphic chimpanzee. Dexter invents a machine to make himself an adult, but his plan backfires.

When Dee Dee's friends make a mess in Dexter's lab, he decides to face them by cloning himself. As Monkey celebrates his birthday, an intergalactic villain and his sidekick threaten to wreak havoc on the planets. A rerun of the first What a Cartoon! pilot, "Dexter's Laboratory".

After a cloning attempt on a dinosaur doesn't go as planned, Dexter must fix the problem before it gets out of control. As Monkey goes on a date with Agent Honeydew, things take a turn when he gets hypnotized in order to do a robbery. Dexter finds himself not so smart when he strains his brain.

After his latest invention goes missing, Dexter must face his worst nightmare by going into Dee Dee's room to find it. When the lives of Agent Honeydew and Commander Chief are in danger, Monkey must face an alien hunter to save them. A rerun of the second pilot of What a Cartoon!.

As Major Glory is looking to have a sidekick, Dexter and Dee Dee compete against each other to win the title. The Justice Friends trio has a disagreement on which show to watch on TV. After Dexter's father buys him a video game, he gets trapped inside it, while Dee Dee tries to save him.

As Dexter falls for his teenage babysitter, Lisa, he sets out to win her heart by using an invention to make himself older. Major Glory and Krunk try to help Valhallen find his magic ax. Dexter invents a machine to help him have nice dreams.

As Dexter shrinks himself to spy on Dee Dee, his plan backfires when he ends up being part of her doll story. Krunk falls for She-Thing, who is a member of Comrade Red gang. After a glitch in his device causes him to hear the phrase 'omelette du fromage' all night, Dexter can only say this phrase.

Dee Dee teaches Dexter to take a carefree approach to life. Krunk and Valhallen are forced to have the apartment ready for the arrival of Major Glory's uncle. Dexter is caught by Dee Dee and her friends when he sneaks into her room, as he joins their slumber party.

Dexter feels remorse when he tricks Dee Dee into going to space with aliens. Krunk and Valhallen come across a tiny vigilante raised by rats when they go to the basement. In order to repay a large debt to NASA, Dexter resorts to stealing Dee Dee's sweepstakes prize money.

Dexter finds his status in jeopardy when Mandark becomes more popular than him with his super-enhanced lab. When a bee drives them crazy, Major Glory, Krunk, and Valhallen try to get rid of it. Mandark sets out to beat Dexter at the science fair by using magic.

Dexter wants to stop Dee Dee after she bothers him by floating with his inflatable suit. Valhallen invites White Tiger to his apartment, while Major Glory is allergic to cats. After Dexter uses a formula to keep Dee Dee quiet, his plan backfires when she turns into a giant monster.
