Khady and Mariama Sylla are two sisters, who work in the field of cinema. In their family, there is an elderly woman, a genealogist named Penda Diogo Sarr, who has in her mind an enormous and inexhaustible amount of stories and heroics of ancestors, in addition to her extraordinary knowledge of the origins of genealogy. So the two sisters decide to document those stories in this documentary.
