The film unfolds during the 1980s and 1990s in Gujarat, the Indian state, where Raess, a famous bootlegger, expands his illegal business. But due to the expansion of his trade, an honorable police officer takes notice and starts haunting Raess in order to arrest him and put a stop to his business.
