Athar helps Ahmed escape after his involvement in a counterfeit currency crime. As he returns after six years, his wife, Rawya, asks for a divorce, while he raises their son Ayman and marries Athar and Ayman grows up with them.

Ahmed's family suffers from his neglect of them because of his work, which leads to Ayman's getting moxed up with bad friends, while Ayman continues to give money to Rawya and her greedy husband Hamdi, who works in Ahmed's company.

Athar collapses after discovering that she is barren, and she is taken aback when Ahmed hires security guards in the villa and decides to travel. Ayman tries to discover the reason behind Ahmed's separation from Rawya.

Ahmed fires Hamdi from work after a quarrel, so he insults Rawya and quarrels with Ayman. Ayman proposes to Rania, and her father stipulates that he graduate university, get a job and that his parents approve.

Hamdi vows to harm Ahmed's family. Ayman takes Rawya to another apartment and tells her and Athar of his desire to marry Rania, so Ahmed visits Rania's father to discuss the engagement.

Ayman is saddened by the decision to postpone his engagement until his graduation and indulges in bad habits, which brings grief to his family. Hamdi turns to a journalist and accuses his wife of running away at Ahmed's instigation.

After Hamdi gets Rawya to return to his house, he expels Ayman when he tries to see her, and drives a wedge between him and Ahmed, who travels with Athar , after which Ahmed is surprised to learn that Hamdi beat Rawya.

The young man Sayed incites Ayman against his family, so he expels his relative Jasser from his house. Fikri, Fahmy and Shukri contact Ahmed and ask him for money, thinking that his wealth comes from counterfeit money. After Hamdi beats Rawya, Ayman attacks him and takes her to the hospital.

After he regains consciousness, Hamdi accuses Ahmed of trying to kill him and decides to blackmail him. Ayman fails to inform his father of what happened to him, and the police arrest him.

Ayman is surprised by the arrest of his two friends, Hossam and Marwan, for possession of drugs. After Ahmed returns, Metwally visits him after his release from prison. Hamdi receives money from Ahmed in exchange for changing his statement.

Athar begins to quarrel with Ahmed because he's contacting Rawya. Hamdi drops his accusation to Ayman and returns to work in Ahmed's company. As Athar learns of her pregnancy, Hamdi seeks to stir up trouble between her and Ahmed.

Ahmed warns Hamdi of deceiving him, while Ayman grows suspicious of the source of his father's wealth. It's revealed that Hamdi has an old newspaper with news about money counterfeiting. Ahmed intervenes to prevent the fortune Hossam, his son's friend, from being lost.

Athar has a miscarriage. Metwally plans to take revenge on Ahmed after he refuses to believe Ahmed's disposal of the counterfeit money. As Hamdi blackmails Ahmed with an audio recording, Ahmed and Ayman expel him. Hamdi turns to the journalist to expose Ahmed's bribery of him.

Hamdi gets a restraining order against Ayman, who visits his friends Marwan and Sayed at work while drunk, and they hit Hamdi with a car while driving Ahmed to his house; the police arrest Ayman.

Rawya accuses Ahmed of killing Hamdi, while Ahmed seeks to prove his son's innocence. Rawya decides to expose Ahmed's past for failing to save Ayman.

Ahmed discovers the cooperation of Sayed and Metwally in order to implicate Ayman and reports them to the police. Ahmed reveals his old past to Ayman and Rawya fails to ruin their relationship.
