When his owners leave him at a spa for canines while they go on a long trip, Ozzy soon discovers that the spa is nothing but a hoax designed to lure in dogs as a prelude to transferring them to dog prison. Once there, he must rely on his newfound friends to escape and find his way home.

Ozzy, a peaceful, happy beagle has his perfect life turned upside down when his family decides to leave to Japan where dogs are not allowed. They leave him at a canine spa called Blue Creek, which he tries to escape after it turns out to be a nightmare.
