After his girlfriend is kidnapped by an evil fish named Sludge, Daniel Dolphin takes on the mission of searching for the Horn of the Sea Dragon in order to take it from the Guardians of the Ocean. On his mission, Daniel teams up with a young orphaned dolphin named Jax, and his best friend, Carl the Squid.
