While trying to cross the border illegally, a teenage immigrant is shot down. As Aryan, who is injured, can strangely fly as he becomes frightened and in distress, Dr. Stern sneaks him out of a refugee camp after putting him there with the intention of profiting from his secret. The fugitives continue to travel in search for safety and money while being hunted by the furious camp director, Laszlo.
