Al Horra - Ep 2 46:42

On the day of his wedding, the ruler falls ill as he was subjected to a poisoning attempt and his new wife stands by him. Meanwhile, his brother Al-Monzer, tries to incite him to go to war against the Turk, but the ruler rejects the idea. The doctor reports that Al-Hurra is pregnant.

In the woods, the ruler arrests someone who has been spying on him. Meanwhile, Al-Mundhiri urges the ruler to strengthen the castle's fortifications to protect it against the Turks and the Spaniards. A rumor is spread that Al-Sa'idin attacked the castle and massacred everyone.

Al Horra - Ep 11 52:56

Khawla is torn between Ali, who loves her and makes her a pot, and Mohammed who wants to marry her. The ruler gifts Al-Hurra with the 'shoe' and tells her that she has bewitched him, and he's head over heels in love with her. Ali is getting attached to Khawla, and his love for Al-Hurra subsides.

Al Horra - Ep 12 47:44

Everybody is searching for the missing shoe, but to no avail. In the woods, Khawla meets Mohammed and they quarrel. Ali comes to the rescue and takes Khawla back to the palace, but he doesn't inform anyone that it was Mohammed who did this to her.

Al Horra - Ep 13 45:52

The servant catches Farida's maiden and strangles her to know where the shoe is. A maiden feigns sickness at Al-Hurra's room, so the ruler takes her to his brother's house. Mohammed returns to the palace and reproaches his brother for his deed.

The ruler has Mohammed tortured for his hideous act, and Khawla tells her mother that she won't take him for a husband. The ruler learns that it was his first wife who stole the shoe, so they quarrel and he throws her out of the palace.

Khawla makes it clear that she won't marry Mohammed, and she insists that she and her mother return to their home; she bids Ali farewell. Al-Hurra eventually accepts to get back to the ruler provided that they return to her father's house.

As Khawla and her mother are leaving, Ali appears and he proposes to Kahwla; her father agrees, but insists that they marry after the war ends. The country is torn between the inside civil war between the tribes, and the outside threat that is the Turks.

Khawla and Ali return to Fes after their marriage, and the Sultan sends with them a letter to the ruler warning him that the war is coming their way. Al-Hurra and her husband return to their palace, and there, she finds a bloody dagger on the bed.

Mohammed proposes to the servant's daughter, and despite her initial objection, she eventually accepts to marry him. Khawla loses consciousness as she sees Ali conversing with Al-Hurra, and she is advised to stay in bed because her condition is serious.

Hassan's wife passes away after she visits her husband in his abominable cell. Hassan's daughter begs Al-Hurra to release her father, but she refuses to do so until her own daughter is released. The ruler's son decides not to attack Ceuta. Ali, Khawla, and their son live peacefully together.

Fatema asks her mother to allow Ahmed to live with them. Hassan is still dreaming of becoming the ruler, and he resumes his schemes with his son-in-law. Before she dies, Al-Hurra gives her daughter Fatema a book documenting the public history of Morocco and her own personal diaries.
