Ward's mother dreams of him getting married so she can become a grandmother, but he doesn't give her a chance. Abu Ali treats his wife and daughters in a harsh way, because of his daughter Fadia running away and working with prostitutes.

Abu Ali decides to marry off his daughters, and when his wife refuses he beats her hard, which causes the daughters to intervene and threaten their father that they will call the police.

Ward decides to make a deal with Fatina where they get married for a short time in order to please his mother. He, in return for her being his wife, would take care of her financially. She agrees.

Ward confesses to Fatina that he has AIDs and asks her not to tell anyone. When Ward informs his mother that he will marry Fatina, she refuses. Hossam, who works with Fadia, tries to threaten her by finding her family.

Ward gets married to Fatina, and asks his mother to treat her in a good way. Hossam is able to steal Safa's phone and blackmail her to get to her sister, Fadia, and Ammar comes to her help.

Ward's mother finds out that he is unable to conceive and is unable to handle her shock. Fadia and Hossam get into a conflict and the consequences are bloody. Ammar proposes marriage to Safaa.

Lama wants to open a beauty parlor, and her mother and father decide to sell their assets in order to give her the necessary money. When Lama's mother is on her way with the money, she is the subject of an evil plan devised by Aziz and his friend, Bassam.

Lama's mother goes to her sister to give her her share of the money from the land. Aziz decides to rob the house, and when he finds Lama, he assaults her violently.

Lama tells her mother about what happened resulting in a stroke. Yazan tries to offer Lama his support. Lama meets Bassam by coincidence, and he learns about what to happened to her from Aziz.

Lama tells Hanadi about what happened and Hanadi wants her to tell the police. Bassam finds out that Lama was the girl Yazan had wanted to marry. Bassam tries to help Lama, and Hanadi tells Yazan about what happened.

Yazan is angry about Lama not telling the police, and places blame on her about the incident. Lama reacts harshly and tells him that she doesn't want to see him again. Hanadi asks Yazan to stay away from Lama for some time. Bassam repeatedly tries to help Lama, and Aziz shows up.

When Bassam learns about Aziz showing up, he threatens him. Aziz tells Lama to go to his house if she wants her pictures, and she decides to go. Bassam confesses to Lama his relationship to Aziz, and the result is the murder of two people.

Ayman is upset because he feels that his wife, Wafaa, focuses more on her work than her house and child. Her father asks her to try and find more balance. Salma refuses to marry Qasim in spite of her father and brother-in-law's efforts to convince her.

Wafaa's father convinces Ayman to leave his home for a while, and he takes his advice. Wafaa finds out and tries to resolve the situation. Zeina and Ghassan pressure Salma to agree to the marriage. Sohail decides to leave the village to escape from Zahir's mistreatment.

Salma decides to go stay with her aunt, Boran. Sohail moves and finds work with his father's friend, Abu Adel. Sohail goes to Boran to help him with his studies. Salma treats Sohail in a condescending way. Laila has Alzheimer's and Sameh is telling her about past events.

Sameh tells Laila the rest of the story, where Ghassan sees Sohail at Boran's house and suspects that Sohail is the reason for Salma's refusal to marry Qasim. When Ghassan crosses his limits with Salma, Sohail stands up to him. Sameh urges Wafaa to finish the licensing for the organization.

Sohail goes to the hospital when he is shot at and injured. Boran learns about this and threatens Ghassan, while Salma tries to help Sohail in his recovery. Sameh takes Laila to his home to take care of her, and Wafaa objects to this.

Salma confesses to Boran that she is in love with Sohail, and Ghassan gets involved in several murders. Sohail confronts Ghassan and Ghassan shoots at him in Salma's presence. Laila recalls that Sameh is her husband and Wafaa is her daughter, and finds her diary which helps her remember.

Ghaith, an engineer, is involved in a car accident resulting in a tragic death. Mariam suffers from a heart condition, and her father is devastated for this reason. Ghaith asks Mr. Wael to give him music lessons.

Ghaith gets Mariam's medical records and consults Abu Alaa's son about her condition. Mariam goes back to work as a Teaching Assistant in an Art Academy. Ghaith finds a way to connect with Mariam, and he provokes Mr. Wael during the music lessons.

Ghaith recalls the past, when he lost his pregnant wife in an accident. Mariam starts to get closer to Ghaith. Mariam collapses and Ghaith takes her to the hospital to his friend, Tony. Tony is shocked to discover the relationship between Mariam and Ghaith. Mr. Wael starts to get closer to Nadia.

Tony is angry at Ghaith because of his relationship with Mariam. Mariam's father is anxious because of his daughter's infatuation with Ghaith. Ghaith takes Mariam on a little trip to get her spirits up. Wael asks Nadia to stay away from him because he doesn't want her to suffer with him.

Mariam asks Ghaith to attend her friend's wedding with her. During the event, he mistakenly calls her by his deceased wife's name, causing an emotional outburst that led to her collapse. It is then evident that Mariam suffers from heart problems. Ghaith decides to be Mariam's donor.

Ghaith sends Abu Alaa a letter saying that he took a medicine that causes brain death. Doctor Yusuf sends Tony a letter saying that Mariam has a big chance, and tells his wife that Ghaith suffers from guilt and wants to kill himself by donating his organs. Tony saves Ghaith, and Mariam has the surgery.

Hatem and Anas are suspicious when their brother dies and leaves his villa and half the lab to his wife, Heba. They convince the employees to quit to sabotage the business. Karam tells Heba that he supports her and asks her to manage the departments, and she accepts.

Heba decides to hire Dr. Karam as a manager for the lab. Hatem, when he learns this, starts to collect information about Karam's private life. Farah, Karam's wife, tries to persuade him to have children, and he asks her to wait until they are financially stable. Karam tells Heba that he's single.

On his way to meet Heba to discuss business, Karam gets into an accident. Heba takes care of him. Karam has a meeting with Hatem and Anas and asks to buy their share of the lab. Farah is angry at Karam for neglecting her and focusing on his work.

Karam meets with Hatem and proposes that they work together against Heba but he refuses. Karam hides his marriage from Heba. After they move to the new house Farah tells Karam again that she wants to have kids. Karam asks Heba to marry him.

Karam tells Farah that he plans to marry Heba to keep his position and his job. Karam marries Heba without telling her that he is married. Farah decides to live with him and Heba and tells Heba that she is Karam's sister. Anas asks Karam to work with him in his share of the lab.

Anas hires a hit man to threaten Karam but the hit man shoots him. Karam ends up paralyzed and in a coma. Heba learns the truth about Farah, and when she gives birth to a girl, she asks Farah to take care of her, before she dies. Karam awakes from his coma, he goes home with Farah and his daughter.
