Saqr's wife gives birth to a daughter, Heidi, and when she grows up, she decides to study aeroplane engineering. She remembers the painful plane accident that killed many people, and her sister Zahy tries to alleviate her pain. Adam, Soliman's son, wants to marry Heidi.

Nour's mother refuses to intervene in his marriage due to his repetitive marriages and divorces. Zahy tells Zaman why she ditched acting once and for all. Heidi changes her name to Isabel, and upon his return from abroad, Adam tries to gently soothe her.

Heidi resorts to psychological therapy to overcome the ordeal she's going through and she decides to start anew with Adam's sincere help. Zahy decides to teach Adel an unforgettable lesson and she feigns being his fiancée to take revenge.

Isabel eventually overcomes the adversity and returns to work. Adam seizes the chance to propose to her, but she asks him to postpone the matter for a while. Fayqa is keeping an eye on Isabel for some reason.

Adam is upset about Isabel's relationship with her co-worker Ali, so he urges her to set a date for their marriage. Zaman starts running her own project.

Isabel is indecisive about Ali and whether she has feelings for him or not. Meanwhile, Adam ceaselessly tries to urge Isabel to hasten to get married. Fayqa meets Zahy.

Zahy recounts her story with Adel and how it ended. Meanwhile, Adam is growing impatient with Isabel's relationship with Ali, but Isabel eventually agrees to marry Adam.

Mounira convinces Zahy that she needs to forget about Adel and move on, focusing on other aspects of life. Adam and Isabel return from their honeymoon. Ali develops a crush on Zaman. Zaman reproaches Zahy for being so intimate with Essam.

Saqr is murdered in his house yard, and despite their inconsolable grief, everyone is trying to get back on track. Adam is trying to help Isabel get past this, and the police start an investigation.

Isabel is shocked to learn that Mounira isn't her mother. Her actual mother is Fayqa who was so enraged by Saqr's marriage that she left him her own daughter in retaliation. Adam fights with Ali and asks him to stay away from Isabel.

Fayqa tries to get closer to her daughter and apologizes for her long years of absence and detachment. Nour develops feelings for Laila. Soliman is arrested.

Soliman admits to murdering Saqr after they quarreled over a football match, and things between the two families get into a tangle, especially after Adam verbally assaults Ali.

Fayqa tries to help her daughter overcome the adversity of her father's death, and she asks Adam to give her some time to regain her self confidence. Zaman and Ali get closer to one another.

Isabel regrets marrying Adam, and her mother tries to dissuade her from divorce. Zahy and Essam's relationship builds up as they go out more.

Ali tells Isabel that he has feelings for Zaman. Adam learns from the lawyer that his father will probably get a life sentence for murdering Saqr.

Fayqa gets back on her feet and leaves the hospital. Meanwhile, Zahi tells Ali all about her past with Adel. Meshaal, Fayqa's son returns from abroad.

Isabel tries to convince her husband that she merely regards Ali a colleague and a brother. Zahi gets closer to Essam, the writer, unaware of his true identity. Nour tells Laila that he wants to marry her.

Isabel meets her brother Meshaal, and she is mad at her husband for defending his father who actually murdered her own father.

Adam divorces Isabel after she asks him not to hire a lawyer to defend his father. Ali learns that Zaman is Adam's sister, and he decides to stand by her in her family's adversity.

Zahy breaks up with Essam. Meanwhile, Adel tries to get back with her. Everyone tries to intervene to settle things between Isabel and Adam, but things spiral out of control and only get worse.

Adams suspects that his ex-wife is in a relationship with Ali. Adel tells Zahy that he has a fatal disease, and the days he has to live are very few.

Zaman blames Zahy for her relationship with Essam. Ali is surprised to learn that Adam thinks Ali and Isabel are in a relationship.

Despite Ali's attempt to meet Adam and clarify things for him, the latter threatens him and refuses to see him. Adel is still trying to get Zahy to forgive him.

Things aggravate when Adam assaults Ali, and Amna fails to convince Isabel to return to Adam.

Zaman refuses to marry Ali until their current problems are resolved. Meshaal starts presenting his new TV program. Zaman takes part in a horse race.

Zaman's mother asks her to visit her father in Prison. Meshaal promises Eva to marry her soon. Adam is taken to the hospital after he has a nervous breakdown.

Meshaal tells his mother that it's better for them to stay at Mounira's house until things between Adam and Isabel get better. Zaman suggests that Adam see a psychiatrist. Nour and Laila are to get married. Zahy tells Adel that he should travel abroad for treatment.

Zaman tells her mother that Ali will propose to her soon after the race ends. Meanwhile, Adam is still trying to get back to Isabel, but she totally rejects the idea.

Zaman wins the race. Nour and Laila get married. Zaman blames her brother for keeping an eye on Isabel, and she warns him so that he doesn't end up like their father.

Isabel tells Amna that Ali wants to marry Zaman, and she lies to her ex-husband Adam claiming that she truly has feelings for Ali. Eventually, Adam dies, and Isabel regrets leaving him.
