Yassin warns the world via a live broadcast about a new pandemic, only to be met with disbelief. As the disease starts spreading, patients exhibit symptoms of madness.

As Yassin looks into Amr's death and its link to the madness disease, he discovers that the virus is spreading through eye contact.

The morbidity and suicide rates of the new virus increase. As things get out of control on a plane that Yassin is on board, it crashes with the passengers.

Yassin survives the plane crash. Sameh, Shorouk and Nehal are released after being hospitalized. The infected begin to display aggressive behaviors against humans.

Yassin exposes Saad, who tries to flee with the vaccine outside Egypt. Sami's mother dies after his experiment to treat her fails. Yassin and the rest try to hide inside the drug company.

Karim kills his father, Ezzat. Things get out of control inside the hospital when the infected escape the quarantine. Seif finds out about Salah's connection to the onset of the disease.

Shorouk is found murdered. Rami confesses to Yassin about his past as he caused his wife to commit suicide. Sameh escapes after Yassin and Rami discover his involvement in the manufacture of the Covid-25 virus and killing Shorouk.

Sameh is apprehended. Yassin flashbacks to the time he caused his son, Ali, to depart his life. For the time being, Yassin and Rami, led by Sameh, manage to reach the C laboratory.

Yassin has doubts about the new vaccine for the virus. Saad is killed at the hands of an unknown person. It's revealed that Iman has killed her husband. Alya's baby, Hamza, dies. Sameh is attacked by one of the infected.

Yassin discovers the mutation of the virus and its transmission from the infected to the victims through biting. With the spread of the walking dead, things get out of control inside the hospital. Seif and Rami manage to obtain fuel and return to the hospital.

Nader and his son die at the hands of Hala. While Rami and Yassin deal with the infected, the survivors inside the hospital manage to escape by a car.

While Yassin and his group are stranded in an abandoned building, Yassin tries to find out why the infected do not attack some of the survivors. Iman is killed at the hands of her daughter. Aziz dumps his wife, Hend, among the infected after he discovers that she is cheating on him with Seif.

Seif kills Aziz after the latter finds out he is having an affair with Hend. While Farida is killed at the hands of her brother, Yassin is shot in the shoulder. Yassin's group takes the train bound for the Safe Zone.

Yassin apologizes to Nehal for causing the failure of their marriage. As the infected attack the train, Rami sacrifices himself by disconnecting the last railcar.

Seif admits to Yassin for having caused his dismissal from work, and that Ali did not die of coronavirus. Seif and Fateen fall victims to the train's overturn. Yassin discovers that formalin helps protect from the infected, after which the disease recedes and life returns to normal.
