King Abd Allah ibn Muhammad assigns the caliphate to his grandson Abd al-Rahman al-Nasir before his death and advises him to tighten his grip on the state and to regain the Arab cities in Andalusia. Caliph al-Obaidi tells Suleiman that he wants to take over Andalusia, on which the Spanish kings decide to wage war.

2nd Episode

After being bought by the women of the palace, Hasnaa refuses to abandon her brother Salem. Al-Nasir is enraged, as ibn Hajjaj continues to provoke him and decides to go to him with an army of soldiers to seize Seville.

3rd Episode

The Prince of Sicily tells Hasnaa that he will give her a gift to the Caliph after he sent him a message, in which he promoted him. Suleiman tries to get close to Hasnaa, but she rejects him. Suleiman tells the Caliph that Hasnaa was killed by a pirate, while her brother Salem survived.

4th Episode

Yasser, the servant of King al-Nasir, buys Hasnaa after the pirates sell her in the slave market. Al-Nasir admires her beauty and sweet voice and when he asks about her name, Yasser says that he named her al-Zahraa, after which al-Nasir gradually gets closer to her.

The kings of the Franks propose a peace treaty with the Emir of Andalusia, Abd al-Rahman al-Nasir, which he welcomes. Yasser, the servant of King al-Nasir, turns against him and makes a deal with his archenemy ibn Hajjaj.

The brothers Romnin and Constantine, the Roman kings, send their many gifts to King al-Nasir to win his friendship and favor. Suleiman sees al-Zahraa in al-Nasir’s kingdom and is astonished that the pirates didn’t kill her.

King al-Nasir summons the jurist who accused him of negligence regarding the Great Mosque and asks him why he did so; the jurist tells him that he didn’t come to the Friday prayer twice in a row. Al-Nasir admires al-Mundhir’s courage and appoints him as the chief judge and the imam of the Great Mosque.

8th Episode

The Commander of the Faithful, King al-Nasir, asks the judge to give his ruling in a dispute between him and his cousin Umayyah, so the judge asks the two parties to come to him at the court to hear his just ruling. Umayyah colludes with the Spanish kings against his cousin al-Nasir.

King al-Nasir tells his uncle al-Mughfar to announce a great reward for he who informs about the thief nicknamed ‘Saheb El Neqma’. Ibn Hajjaj hatches with Suleiman a plan to eliminate the Commander of the Faithful, King Abd al-Rahman al-Nasir.

King al-Nasir confronts his cousin Umayyah ibn Ishaq, who confesses to him that he betrayed his family and people and allied with the traitors and the Spanish kings, then Umayyah kneels at the feet of al-Nasir, asking for forgiveness.

Al-Zahraa gets jealous of the servant Abida whom Suleiman brought to the palace of the Commander of the Faithful, and asks al-Nasir that she learn exactly what Abida does and master it so that she can do it. Al-Zahraa inquires about the servant Abida and how she came to the palace.

The servant Yasser tries to drive a wedge between the Commander of the Faithful and his noble maidservant al-Zahraa and raises suspicions of her. Suleiman confronts al-Zahraa and tells her that her brother Salem is still alive and that he is the thief nicknamed ‘Saheb El Neqma’ and tells her his secret.

Suleiman raises suspicions in the heart of the Commander of the Faithful, King al-Nasir, of his son al-Hakam and his maidservant al-Zahraa, who meets Prince Abd Allah and tells him to return to his senses and stop listening to his aides who incite him against his father al-Nasir.

Finale

King al-Nasir discovers the traitors and orders the arrest of Yasser, ibn Hajjaj and all the conspirators, then orders the execution of his son Abd Allah for treason and revolt against the ruler and the crown prince. Al-Zahraa reveals to King al-Nasir the truth about her brother.
