As Noah is taken to the hospital due to his weak heart muscle, the doctor tells Yasmine that he needs to undergo an operation, but he refuses.

Yasmine asks Dr. Hadi to find a donor for Noah to do a heart transplant for him, and she offers him a large sum of money.

Dr. Hadi decides to transplant Selim's heart to Noah instead of Nour in exchange for money. Noah leaves a message to Hussam in which he tells him how he got to where he is as a lawyer.

Dr. Hadi withholds all evidence related to Selim's will. Noah tells Hussam that he transferred Sami, Yasmine's son, to another orphanage and changed his name.

As Noah confirms that Dr. Hadi had stolen from him, he threatens him. As Noah reaches Selim's grave, he looks for information about him.

As Noah finds where Selim lives, he rents his house. Noah’s personality changes after Selim's heart is transplanted to him, as he impersonates him. Laila prepares to marry Abu Talal.

Noah kills Abu Talal on his wedding day to Laila out of jealousy. It's revealed that Fadi has incited his wife Sarah to commit suicide after she cheated on him. Noah defends Laila after implicating her.

Fadi is sentenced to life imprisonment after the recordings of his incitement to kill his wife appeared, as Noah sent the recordings to the lawyer of Sarah's mother after his conscience had awakened. Noah searches for a loophole to release Laila by forcing Dr. Hadi to help him.

Noah asks Dr. Hadi to forge the death papers of Selim to frame Abu Talal of killing him. As Fadi moves to his father's house, he still suffers from hallucinations in which he sees his wife Sarah.

Fadi commits suicide. Noah learns that Selim wrote a will to have his heart transplanted into Noura. Laila is released and Noah helps her. Ghaith joins forces with Fayez to take revenge on Noah through Yasmine.

As Noah decides to do a heart transplant for Nour, he takes care of the costs of the operation. Ghaith tells Yasmine that Noah was the one who killed their son. Laila has an accident.

Fayez tells Ghaith that his son Sami is alive. Dr. Firas gets a heart to transplant it into Noura. Laila's condition stabilizes after her accident. As Noura disappears, she leaves behind blood on her hospital bed.

Noah learns that Noura was kidnapped and is alive. Yasmine confirms that Noah has hidden her son Sami. It's revealed that Noura was kidnapped by Fayez.

Fayez's men kill Noura by mistake. Yasmine learns about Noah's work and that he has her son.

As Noah receives Noura's body in the trunk of a car, he decides to find out the owner of the car. Noah puts Noura's body in Zafer's house to frame him for the crime. Sama files a report against Eissa without informing Noah.

Fayez decides to attack Noah through his employees, and orders his men to kill Nader. Yasmine reproaches Fayez after what he did.

Noah decides to take revenge on Eissa. Fayez begins to pressure Yasmine to cooperate with him against Noah, who receives from Judge Murad a dangerous file about a global mafia.

Noah sends Eissa a threatening message. Ghaith tells Noah about Fayez forcing him to work with him. Yasmine learns about her pregnancy. Noah hands over to officer Mazen a file on organ traffickers for investigation.

As Noah learns about Yasmine’s cooperation with Fayez, she puts a listening device on Noah after Fayez threatens her. Noah finds out about Yasmine’s pregnancy.

Laila learns that Noah has been lying to her. Fayez gives Yasmine her son Sami and forces her to travel and leave Noah, but she refuses. Noah and Fayez kill each other.
