As Shaker feels his wife, Mona, is cheating on him with his nephew, Kamal, Mona receives an anonymous call informing her that Shaker may die if she gives him an overdose of medicine, upon which she recalls her life with Shaker and enters into a conflict between getting rid of him to inherit his money and giving him the correct dose of medicine.
