As Laila wants to divorce Marwan due to a lack of understanding between them, they discover that their son has cancer and needs a marrow transplant. Marwan asks his brother Hassan that his young son donate his marrow, but medical tests reveal that it is impossible for the two boys to be cousins.

Marwan undergoes a DNA test, and it becomes clear that Omar is not his son, so he feels desperate. When he goes to accuse Laila of infidelity, she also goes to have the tests done, and it becomes clear that he is not a son of hers as well.

After Marwan and Laila learn that Omar is not their son, Marwan goes to the hospital where Omar was born and takes the address of his real family. When he goes there, he discovers that his son has died.

Marwan returns to the hospital and receives assistance from one of the staff members. He goes to the health archives to see the records from the day Omar was born, but he finds that they have disappeared, and Omar’s condition improves.

Omar returns home after his condition improves. Laila asks for a divorce from Marwan, who tells his brother Hassan that Omar is not his real son. Laila informs Marwan’s mother of the truth, and Marwan continues searching for his son.

Amina starts admiring Hassan after their many meetings to try to sell his land. Noha discovers her brother’s involvement in selling drugs and robbing her sister. Marwan and Laila meet a person who claims to know someone who suffered from the same crisis as them.

Marwan doubts Mahmoud's credibility. Marwan and Laila go to Zainab but to no avail. Omar's condition deteriorates, and there is no solution except to find a donor to donate the marrow.

Marwan's words about Mahmoud become true, and Noha's brother is arrested with drugs. Omar needs to travel for treatment after his condition continues to deteriorate.

Omar becomes depressed after learning that Laila and Marwan are not his real parents. Amina is shocked and enters into a new emotional crisis after Hassan refuses to go with her to the concert, justifying this with a family circumstance. Omar escapes from the hospital.

Marwan and Laila find Omar, and Marwan tells him the truth. Marwan goes to the nurse, Sahar, to find out the truth, but to no avail. Marwan suspects that Sahar was the one who took his son and replaced him with her grandson, who was born with Omar on the same day.

It turns out that Sahar was the one who replaced the two boys in the past. Hassan tries to improve his relationship with Noha. Maha confirms her motherhood to Omar. The marrow transplant for Omar is successful. Maha cooperates with Marwan and Laila to create a stable environment for Omar and Ali.
