A Tunisian stage, film and television actor, born on March 8, 1947. He studied at the Sadiqiyah Institute, and joined its singing group. He played his first role on stage in 1965. He studied English for a year at the Faculty of Arts, then participated in 1969 in a play at the International University Theater Festival in Istanbul, where the play won the first prize in a tie with another play, which made the Tunisian Minister of Culture at the time, Chedli Klibi, grant all participants in the play scholarships, so Raouf moved to London to study theatrical arts.
