He is one of the most renowned songwriters in Egypt and the Arab world. He was born on 14 April 1949, and he wrote many works for TV, cinema, and radio. His work ranges from writing the lyrics of songs, musicals, children's songs and radio and TV series. His notable work include: Life's Fortune (1982) and Good Morning (1995).
