An Egyptian actor, born in Cairo in 1964. He graduated from the English language department at the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University, then graduated from the department of acting and directing at the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts in 1998. He participated in some productions as a child, like the series Birds Without Wings (1978). He worked as a teacher immediately after graduating from university. Among his most notable series are The Family of Mr. Shalash (1985), Umm Kulthum (1999), Horseless Knight (2002), and The Slap (2012). He is known for his role in the movie The Road to Eilat (1993).
