Biography

A TV presenter, journalist and businessman who owns a major art production company, Good News, whose most prominent productions are the films The Yacoubian Building, and Halim (2006). Adib was born in 1955. He is the eldest son of the famous scriptwriter Abdel Hay Adib, and the...Read more brother of media personality Amr Adib, and director Adel Adib. He is considered one of the first to present talk shows in Egypt. As a child, he appeared in the movie The Troublemaker (1965), where he played the role of the child Essam. He also worked as a journalist in Al-Ahram newspaper, and as a Middle East affairs advisor for ABC News.
