Samiha Mohamed Zaki El Nayal is an Egyptian actress who was born in Alexandria in 1942, and her talent was discovered by director Hussein El-Mohandess after he got to know her through actress Zubaida Tharwat. She was famous throughout her history for many seductive roles until she became one of his most important symbols In Egyptian cinema, especially in the seventies. Nahed Sherif is best known for her roles in When the Body Falls, and The Stupid Boy. She worked for several years in Lebanese cinema, most notably Wolves Do Not Eat Meat), which sparked a lot of controversy. She died in 1981 of complications from breast cancer, which she had been suffering from for nearly two and a half years.


Her real name is "Sameha El Nayal". She worked in the Egyptian and Lebanese cinema and proved her self in the seduction roles. The director Hussien Helmy presented her in many roles. She attended the "Lycee" French School but she didn't complete her studies. On stage she presented many plays like "Adaab El Zawag"-" Marriage manners" (1971), in addition to many series including "Al Ragol Alazi Fakad Zelo"(The man who loosed his shadow). At the beginning of her life she married "Hussien Helmy El Mohandes", then actor, "Kamal El Shenawy" and the Lebanese artist "Edward Shafek" in addition to actor "Kigham".
