An Egyptian actress, who left school when she was about fourteen years old to join a theatrical troupe. She married Farag El Nahhas, then Hassan El Baroudi. She graduated from the Acting Institute. She was among the first generation of radio performers, as she participated in many radio shows, including Auf El Aseel, and The Joy of Ramadan. Among her notable films are Struggle in the Valley, The Empty Pillow, and Sleepless.
