Born in Al-Gamaliya district in Cairo in 1948, he began his artistic career in the theater through the play “We Don’t Like Zucchini.” Actor Youssef Eid was famous for his small comedic roles. He appeared in many television, theatrical and cinematic roles, including the movie The Headmaster, The Danish Experience, the series Tamer and Shawqia, and the play Muhammad Ali Street.


Youssef Mohamed Eid was born in the (town) of Al Gamaliyah. (He received a high school degree from Al Azhar in 1987). (?) His (theater debut took place in 1975 when he participated in) “Nahnu la Nohib Al Kowsa”, “Intaha Al Dars ya Ghaby”, “Aashan Khater Eiounak”, “Sharaa Mohamed Ali”, “Raqs Al Deyouk” and “Zqaq al Madaq”. Among the television (series) in which he has assumed roles are “Al Sira Al Hilaliyah”, “Al Bashair”, “Safar Al Ahlam” and “Alo Rabie Mara”.
