He directed 100 films from 1956 to 1994. He's best known for The Bullet Is Still in My Pocket, The Black Glasses, The Enemy Brothers and The Kings of Evil. He also directed TV series including The Knights, Imam Abu Hanifa al-Numan, Heroes and Eagle of the East. He passed away in 2000 at the age of 74, leaving a rich account of important films and purposeful dramas.
