An Egyptian actress, born in 1911. She worked in radio, theater, television and cinema productions, and became known for playing the role of the old local woman. She began her career in the early fifties in the movie Between Two Hearts. Among her notable films are My Wife's Ghost, and The Land of Hypocrisy (1968).
