An Egyptian actress, who initially worked as a model for ads, and did not aspire to switch to acting until Tariq Al-Telmisani introduced her to producer Sami El-Adl which led her to co-star in the movie The Hero in 1998, then she did a number of other roles. She retired early, after she married actor Sherif Mounir.
