A distinguished Egyptian make-up artist who started his artistic career at the end of the thirties and participated in many Egyptian films, including: Determination (1939), Mr. Omar (1941) and The Honeymoon (1945). He also appeared as an actor in some minor roles, including playing the father of Dr. Mamdouh (Shokry Sarhan) in The Fugitive (1958).
