Ibrahim Saafan received a BA and, succumbing to his father’s wishes, enrolled in the Faculty of Islamic Law. Afterwards, he applied to the Institute of Acting in 1951 and thus received two degrees. At first he worked as an Arabic language instructor, but after his father died...Read more joined the television drama troupe and worked in theater, radio, cinema, and television. Of his most famous plays include: The Wasp, A Year of Enjoyable Work and Who Doesn’t Love Zooba. His television performances include A Million Pounds in Honey, The Two Fugitives and Two Faces of Love. For period of time, he worked in the Rehani Theater. He died from a heart attack in Ajman while shooting a TV series. He is one of the most prominent comedy actors.
