Syrian actress who began her life as an air hostess. Her sister, actress Malak Sokkar then convinced her to pursue a career in acting in the mid 1960s. Her works include Family Experiments (1981), Mind and Money (1965), The Five Swindlers (1974), and The Sun on a Cloudy Day (1985).
