He worked as a singer at the Egyptian Opera House from 1974 until 1992, and he sang in many competitions and festivals. He appeared in a number of works, including the play Hallucinations (1989), the film Agent No. 13 (1989) and the TV series The Stray (2005), and The Fox (1993).
