An Egyptian director, writer and producer, born in 1966. She studied at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University and graduated in 1988. She continued her studies at the High Cinema Institute, graduated in 1994, and worked after graduation for the Egyptian Channel Three. She directed several films, including Closed Circuit, produced by Egyptian TV, and Egyptian Women in Parliament, produced by the National Council for Women. In addition to writing and directing, she produced several short films and documentaries, such as The Colors of Love, and The Door.
