A Syrian writer and novelist, born in Damascus. He graduated from Damascus University - Faculty of Electronic Engineering in 1989. He also worked as a teacher at the Intermediate Institute for Computer Engineering at Damascus University between 1989 and 1995. He wrote his first novel "Autumn of Dreams" in 1998, followed by "Spectra of the Sun" in 2000. Some of his TV credits include As the Days Pass (2006) and Not a Mirage (2008).
