Mai Mishal was a Palestinian producer, writer, and founder of the Dana Art Production and Distribution Company. She produced a number of films, including Open Your Eyes, Why, Violets?, and The End of the World. She also wrote the two films Girls and Motorcycles and Petra: The Gate of Time. She died on 10 July 2020.
