A Saudi actor who emerged in the early 1970s by participating in some stage productions and culture competitions in Al Hilal Club. He also appeared in some comedy sketches on Saudi television, which was in its early stages of broadcast at the time. He made his onscreen debut on The Strange Guest. He also founded a folk band called Al-Katatib, headed by his son Tariq. He appeared in many plays and TV series, such as No Big Deal, Stubborn as a Mule, and Under the Seats.
