Ragaa Yousef is a Syrian actress. She was born in 1958. She appeared in numerous projects including television series, stage plays and films. She is most known for her roles in "Ghadr El Zaman" (Time's BetrayaL), "Monafsa Sharifa" (Fair Competition) and "Yawmiyat Modir Aam" (Diary of a C.E.O).
