• He was born on January 1, 1939, and grew up in the city of Ajman, then traveled to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait to practice fishing and construction professions, after which he...Read more returned to the Emirates. He assumed the presidency of the social welfare committees before moving to the Ministry of Information. He founded the theatrical movement in the Emirates, and joined more than one theater troupe there, including the Sharjah Stars Troupe and the Dubai Art Theater. His artistic debut was in the theatrical play The Mother, followed by successful series as The Two Brothers - Shaaban and Ramadan, The Path of Remorse, Popular Proverbs, and Diving. On the morning of March 31, 2009, he died, while flying to London for treatment, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing in Germany.
